Do you have a favorite urban legend? Although the Internet has taken them to a whole new level, my favorite one is still "Bloody Mary." It's just scary enough to be spooky and old enough that it has to have some basis in fact.
I like a lot of them. There are too many to just like one, that's why they continue to be told on and on throughout history. We remember the ones we like and they continue on through our children, if we teach them.
I like the one with the couple making out in the car and the guy goes out to check and never comes back. The woman later finds scratches on the car. Something about a guy with a hook. Anyone remember it better than me?
I like "Bloody Mary" too, though I also like any pertaining to the Grim, or Black Dog. "Aren't You Glad You Didn't Turn On the Lights" and the one about the lady in white ghost wandering school halls also give me shivers -- which I like.
